How long before my order ships?
Most products ship within 7-10 business days. Some items in our offering are drop shipped directly from the designer and can take longer. For those specific cases, each item’s lead time is listed on the individual product pages and order confirmation. Once this lead time is complete, your order will ship. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact Customer Service, to explore your options. We’re here to assist!

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept e-Wallet, PayPal, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and Autotype Gift Cards.

What shipping methods do you offer?
Domestic: We use USPS to ship most orders within the continental United States.

How much does shipping cost?
Domestic: Orders of $75.00 or less = $5.00 Orders of $75.01 or more = Free shipping
International: Calculated at checkout according to location + items on order.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. On a case by case based noted on each item. For your convenience, we include all customs fees, import duties, and taxes up front so there are no surprises later. Simply input your address upon checkout and we’ll calculate the total cost for getting your order from our door to yours.
